All bookings with Jaz are made via a booking request form not over socials or text (booking form link below).
This form replaces the need for a consultation as it asks all questions that Jaz needs to know in order to move forward.
Please try to be as direct and descriptive as possible when filling out this form so there is no confusion.

Jaz opens her booking forms either first or last weekend of every month.
Booking forms are often closed when there is an influx of forms so she can make appointments for everyone (via email) who has submitted a form before taking on more work.
This gives clients equal opportunity to book each month without needing a wait list.
She will always announce on her Instagram when these forms are being released as she only releases certain amount and then the form will be closed again.
